Sanada Yukimura and Sarutobi Sasuke are characters from Samurai Deeper Kyo, a fascinating manga (and also a rather
disappointing anime), created by Akimine Kamijyo. In Japan, the series has come to an end in 2006 after running for
over 300 chapters (38 volumes), but it is still being published in many other countries (including the US, where 24
volumes have been released so far).
